Support Center

Image One’s software support department has over 50 years of combined experience in document imaging, business process automation (BPA) and ECM. With certifications from Microsoft, OpenText and Kofax. Each software support team member has the expertise to assist customers with their training and ongoing support needs.

Training

Our professional services will also provide custom on-site training and mentoring. In addition to our initial training, Image One is proud to offer continuing education at our state of the art Tampa-based training center. With a current software support or hardware service plan, this program is complimentary.
