Modify Your Display Resolution
The RocketSCAN for Free & Reduced Meal Applications
Webinar is best viewed at 1024 x 768 resolution.
To change or check your screen resolution:
Windows 98/ME/NT/2000
Go to Start > Settings > Control
Panel.
Double click on the Display icon to open
the Display Properties window.
Select the Settings tab
and drag the slider bar located in the Screen
Area section to
1024 x 768. You can also change the color
depth of your screen in this window by clicking
the Colors drop down menu to select the highest
number of bits possible for the best quality
viewing.
Note: If available, press the Test button.
If the screen appears blank, it will return
to normal in 5 -15 seconds. You will need
to contact your computer vendor/manufacturer
for assistance in changing the resolution
settings.
Click OK to exit the Display properties.
Note: You may be prompted to re-boot your
computer. Click OK button to restart your
computer.
Windows XP
Go to Start > Control
Panel.
Double click on the Display icon to open
the Display Properties window.

Testing Your Browser
You can check to see if your current browser is
compatible with WebDemo by clicking
Test Browser. The Test Browser option can be found
in a link located on the left side of
the WebDemo main page, or click
here to test your browser now.
Check your browser compatibility by clicking
the Test Browser button
on the WebDemo main page, or click
here now.
The test bar appears.
You will be asked if a Linktivity tool
can be run on your system, select Yes if
you want run Test Browser.
Once Test Browser has run successfully, you can:
View the test results by clicking the
Details button,
Email the test result to yourself or
to the person hosting the meeting that
you wish to attend, or
Click the Continue button
to Finish.
Download the Java
Virtual Machine
If you do not currently have a Java™ Virtual
Machine (VM) running on your machine, you can get
it here. VM allows Java applets to successfully
load on your machine and run WebDemo.
Sun Java VM Download Instructions
Click on Sun JVM Download and select Save.
Place this on your computer where it will
be easily accessible to you (i.e. Desktop)
After the download is complete,
open the file (j2re-1_4_2_03-windows-i586-p-iftw.exe)
where you have saved it.
You will be asked if you want to install
Sun Java VM. Click Yes.
You
will be asked to accept the license agreement.
Click OK and follow Wizard instructions.
Installation
Wizard Complete will pop-up. Click Finish to close the wizard.
