takes about 1 hour, and can be viewed right in

During the demonstration you will learn how to

Meal Applications. The presentation is broken up
into three segments, each about 20 minutes in length:
Segment #1 – “You Don’t Know
What You Don’t Know”
Usually it’s the questions you don’t
know to ask that are the most important. Don’t
make an investment in scanning technology without
knowing all of the details and potential pitfalls.
This educational segment helps you to avoid the “gotcha’s” of
application scanning, and gives you the ammunition
you need to further research this technology.
Segment #2 – “Where’s
the beef?”
This segment is a demonstration of RocketSCAN.
During the presentation we will scan a meal
application and step through the processing
steps. Then we’ll
show you how you can track and manage your
electronic processing environment.
Segment #3 – “How
Much?”
This final segment investigates the cost – from
selecting the right scanner, to the speed of your
PC and network, and to the cost of RocketSCAN.
