Training courses are offered online, onsite or at our offices in Tampa, Florida. We currently offer the RocketScan Refresher Training, User Course, Administrator Course. See course descriptions and sign up your district below.
Payment must be received one week prior to training date or an invoice will be generated upon receipt of your registration. The invoice will outline terms of payment. All payments for RocketScan Refresher Training are not refundable. Unused training funds will be credited toward your account for future order fulfillment.

The RocketScan User Course is designed to provide personnel with the basic training necessary to use all of the RocketScan’s standard features. In this course we’ll cover the basic knowledge needed for RocketScan Operator Duties, including scanning, ICR verification, and hold queue processing.

Administrator Training
The RocketScan Administrator Course is designed to provide qualified personnel with the basic training necessary to use all of the RocketScan’s standard and advanced features. In this course we’ll cover the basic knowledge needed for RocketScan Operator Duties, including scanning, ICR verification, hold queue processing, running reports, data import and image/data export.
