The RocketScan for Meal Applications (FMA) Super
User course is designed to provide qualified
personnel with the basic training necessary to
use all of
the RocketScan FMA Module’s features.
RocketScan FMA Operator Duties include Scanning,
ICR Verification,
Hold Queue processing, running reports, data
import and image/data Export.
Instructor lead group paced training consisting
of lecture, demonstration and hands on lab
exercises utilizing the actual software in a
representative
environment. Instructor and student guides
that contain measurable objectives for each topic,
top
level outlines with space suitable for notes,
lab exercise instructions, references to the
online
(printable) help topics used to create the
lesson topic, demonstration procedures (instructor
guide
only) and self-check quizzes. Instructor graded
exams (written and performance) for the purpose
of evaluating personnel proficiency, curriculum
effectiveness and certifying operators for
technical support.
Intended Audience: Those who need to fully
understand all aspects of the day to day use
of all the RocketScan Modules.
Administrator Course
Prerequisite: Successfully completing the RocketScan
for Meal Applications (FMA) Super User course.
The
RocketScan for Meal Applications (FMA) Administrator
course is designed to provide qualified personnel
with the basic training necessary to use all
of the RocketScan FMA Module’s Advanced
features. RocketScan FMA Administrator Duties
include Configuring Scanner Controls for Optimal
Quality, Adding Users and Configuring Appropriate
privileges, Configuring Mission Control, configuring
DTS settings and to be able to describe in detail
all RocketScan FMA components and their optimal
distribution in an IT environment.
Intended Audience: Significantly Technical
Personnel (System, Network or Database Engineer)
to configure
access, security, and advanced features and to
perform initial troubleshooting.
