1) Download the following update to your computer. Remember to place it somewhere that is easy to access. (i.e. Desktop, My Documents) Rocketscan MS Compatibility Hotfix
2) Run the downloaded Hotfix by double clicking the icon
3) Click Next on the introduction screen
4)

Make sure all steps Complete Successfully.

If any steps fail you will see an error ( ). Please contact Image One Technical support at
1-800-956-9000 Option 2. Click next if you have all green check marks

5) Click Next to complete the process
6) Click Finished
7) Please notify Image One once you have completed this process on all workstations and servers running any Rocketscan software by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it - Don't forget to include your district name in the email.
