Run the downloaded Hotfix by double clicking the icon

Click Next on the introduction screen

Make sure all steps Complete Successfully.
If any steps fail you will see an error ( ). Please contact Image One Technical support at 1-800-956-9000 Option 2. Click next if you have all green check marks

Click Next to complete the process

Click Finished
